Frederikshavn Municipality is a municipality in Denmark, formed by the Local Government Reform in 2005 through the merger of Frederikshavn Municipality, Skagen municipality and Sæby municipality. The municipality's administrative center Frederikshavn.

The largest towns in the county are the towns of Frederikshavn, Skagen in the north, and the medieval town Sæby in the south.
